Filthy Fifty Yuck!

Filthy Fifty

For time:
50 Box jumps 24 (inch box),
50 Jumping pull-ups,
50 Kettlebell swings (1 pood),
Walking Lunge 50 steps,
50 Knees to elbows,
50 Push press (45 pounds),
50 Back extensions,
50 Wall ball shots (20 pound ball),
50 Burpees,
50 Double unders.

Jared - 17:44 (got to the burpees in about 13:50 they sucked bad..went unbroken on first 4 exercises)

Then Row: 10 rounds (300 meters on 1:50 interval) row for 1 minute rest for :50

*Didn't have time for this due to afternoon class. Will make up on Thursday after Fran.
