Still Loosening Up!

WOD #1 (10AM)

Strength:

Bench Press 3x5
Jared - 240#

*Then messed around with some HSPUs and Tornado Rope

WOD #2 (4PM)

Run out and back:

10 min out - made it to Cheyene and then West about 1/4 mile.
10 min. back to the gym

Distance - Roughly 2.5 miles of running
